Redemption: the act of making better or more acceptable

Midwifery: the art, act, or process of producing, bringing forth, or bringing about

Redemption Midwifery was birthed out of a desire to offer better, more acceptable holistic services, and experiences for women as they become mothers, bringing forth children, and birthing families. We believe very strongly in supporting parental choice for what you feel is best for you and your family.

You deserve to have the care, support and birth that you desire!

Meet our birth Assistants

Allie Demes

Allie is a wife, mom, and former special education teacher whose heart for supporting families grew out of her own experience with loss.

In October 2021, she began serving moms as a bereavement doula, and in 2022, her journey expanded into serving moms as a birth doula as well. Walking through both grief and joy with the Lord in her own motherhood shaped the way she now comes alongside others—with tenderness, love, faith, and steady encouragement.

She is a Certified Birth + Bereavement Doula, a Certified HypnoBirthing® International Childbirth Educator, a Certified Body Ready Method® Active Pro (currently pursuing BRM Teacher Certification), a placenta encapsulation specialist, and a birth assistant. She is also certified in NRP and CPR. Through each of these roles, Allie’s passion is to prepare, support, and empower families—whether they’re welcoming new life, navigating loss, or finding space for both.

When she’s not serving families, you’ll find Allie outside with her husband and children, enjoying photography, reading, homeschooling, with church, and/or chasing after new things to learn. Her life is rooted in both the wisdom that comes from sorrow and the joy that comes from love—two threads she gently holds for the families she supports.
